The fellowship has shone light to the shadows of my career planning. All lessons have given me other insights as to what I can do to better my self as an individual and as a professional.

The Bayar Fellowship was an incredible experience for me to grow my professional skills and to learn to navigate the business world. I loved learning from each of our guest speakers, and being encouraged to ask questions made me more confident.
